Lorie is a fourth generation Ferndaler and is currently on the board of the Ferndale Museum. If you have a local history question, just ask Lorie. Tom is also a volunteer with the local Fire Department. If you hear a siren followed by tires spinning on gravel, it's just Tom responding to a fire or medical emergency.

From California Highway 101, take the Fernbridge/Ferndale exit. Cross historic Fernbridge and drive Hwy. 211 through five miles of pastoral views to Ferndale's Main Street. Turn right onto Fern Ave. (at the Ferndale Public Library), and drive to the end of the lane. Parking for Jeannette's Cottage is clearly marked. |
